Short version: the quote form sends what you type to Joe by email, and nothing else happens with it.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, your town, the kind of work, and your description of the job. Name, email and the description are required because without them the enquiry cannot be answered. Everything else is optional.

What happens to it

It is emailed to Joe Denter at I. Noah Guy Handyman Services, LLC and used to reply to your enquiry and to quote the work. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and it is not added to a marketing list.

Two services necessarily handle the message on the way: this site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and the form itself is delivered byFormspree, a form-handling service. Both process the contents of your message in transit in order to deliver it, and both have their own privacy terms.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels and loads nothing from a third-party domain. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, specifically so that visiting a page does not tell anyone else you were here.

Keeping it, and getting rid of it

Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful for the job and any follow-up work, in the same way any tradesman keeps a record of a quote. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and it will be.

Changes

If this changes, this page changes with it. There is no version of this site where the answer becomes "we share your data with partners".
